What is the procedure for booking jobs?

Booking a job is simplest online - it ensures we get the correct information to send out an appropriate tradesman to your home.

How does the appointment system work?

The appointment system allows appointment slots to be booked for non-emergency jobs or planned repairs, at a time that is convenient to you.

Simply book the tradesperson needed by telephone or online - you can choose from a range of appointment slots.

Can I book jobs for uncontrollable emergency repairs online?

Customers can only book jobs for uncontrollable emergencies and emergency repairs via the telephone. This ensures that you are dealt with as quickly as possible which we know is exactly what you need. In an emergency we aim to have a tradesman at your property within two hours.

What methods of payment can I use?

Payment can be made via credit or debit cards. We do not take cheques or cash. Card details will be taken by the sales agents or online when you book a job.

How do you set the cost of jobs?

Depending on the job you need, jobs either have a fixed price or an hourly price. If needed, we may send one of our tradesman to visit your home to provide an no obligation quote.
